For more than 20 years the London Borough of Bexley has supported its residents to get the right skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow.  The employment support service provides information, advice and guidance alongside a range of client-led interventions to support local residents and businesses, enhance mainstream provision to raise skills and promote sustainable employment.  We link with strategic partners to add value and join up provision in addressing local socio-economic challenges and needs.   Our support is delivered through a range of dedicated employment programmes underpinned by a mix and match approach which enables our clients to get the best fit solutions that meet individually assessed needs and helps them return to the labour market at their own pace.
