Our delivery of the Restart Scheme, in South and East London, offers you up to 12 months of support to help you learn new skills, increase your confidence, and find paid work.

GLLaB is the council’s Job Brokerage and Skills service to help local people access training and jobs. The service links local people to the employment and business opportunities arising from regeneration and growth in the borough.   

GLLaB provides information, advice and guidance, skills and job matching services through the delivery of a comprehensive range of back-to-work employment support programmes, GLLaB manages the delivery of a number of externally-funded programmes and corporate employment and training initiatives.   

GLLaB can help Greenwich residents with;  wanting to learn new skills to re-train or up-skill for a new career wanting to get back to work after a break; looking for a first job, apprenticeship or Kickstart programme Delivery approaches focus on borough-wide outreach and engagement, tailored employment support and developing back-to-work action plans that equip individuals with the skills needed to enter and then progress in the labour market.
